Troubleshooting (Most common issues)
A. Low refrigerant level
A.1. Small refrigerant charge loss: Recharge
A.2. 35% or more refrigerant charge loss:
A.2.1. Search for leak on coils and refrigeration lines. Fix leak and recharge or replace damaged evaporator coil; damaged condenser coil requires a new unit.
A.2.2. If leak can’t be found, recharge and AC Seal is an alternative. Customer must know that this is not a guaranteed fix. If the leak persists, condenser unit, evaporator coil or the whole air handler must be replaced.
B. Water leak from condensation water pan and/or drain lines. Service condensation water pan, blow out condensation drain line.
